Sign in to VEXA The three ways to sign in, why signing in with the same method every time matters, and what to do when the sign-in screen refuses you. The Trades table Where every imported trade lives, what each column means, and how to sort and resize the table on web, iPad and Android tablet. Metrics & analysis

What every number on the dashboard means and how it is calculated. 26

The Metrics dashboard Where to find Metrics on each device, what the header counts mean, and what the default board shows you before you change anything. Add, remove and rearrange widgets on Metrics Turn on edit mode, move a widget, resize it on the web, take one off the board and put one back from the Add Widget list. Save and load a Metrics layout Keep more than one arrangement of the Metrics board, switch between them, and use the plain text boxes that Save and Load open. Widget reference: performance metrics Every single-number tile on the Metrics board, what it means in plain English, its formula, and what it shows when there is nothing to average. Widget reference: charts The equity curve, daily P&L, volume, drawdown, time of day and the win and loss split, what each one plots and how to read the axes. Widget reference: analysis and tags Top and bottom symbols, trading days, and the four breakdowns that split your P&L by setup, mistake, emotion and playbook. Date range, account and advanced filters The date range and account filter are shared across pages and stay set between visits. This is the most common reason two screens show different numbers. The calendar heatmap Read the P&L calendar, understand the three display modes and the cell colours, mark a day you showed up, and drill from a day into its trades. Time of day performance How the hourly buckets are anchored to the market open, why a 09:32 trade lands in the 09:30 bucket, and what a drill-down from a bar actually selects. Wellness vs trading correlation Plot sleep, heart rate or your VEXA score against your P&L, and understand the deliberate one-day offset that makes the scores line up correctly. P&L by days to expiry The options widget that is not on the board by default, how to add it, and what the days-to-expiry buckets are measured from. Drill down from a chart to your trades Click a bar, a day or a symbol to see the trades behind it, and understand why that click does not change the filters you had set. Refresh, caching and stale numbers Why freshly imported trades sometimes take a moment to appear, where the refresh control is on each device, and what a refresh actually does. Why two pages show different win rates Two VEXA screens can show two different win rates for the same trades. Both are right. Here are the two formulas and how to tell which one you are reading. How VEXA calculates every metric The formula behind every number on the Metrics screen, including profit factor, drawdown, volume, average trades per day and what counts as a green day. Gross and net P&L Why the Trades screen shows the same figure for Total P&L and Net P&L, and where to find the gross number that excludes commissions. Meet VEXA, your AI coach What the coach reads before it answers, how it talks about your trading, and the things it will never do. Give or revoke AI consent Read the consent VEXA asks for word for word, find the setting on your surface, and see exactly what revoking stops and what it leaves behind. What data VEXA sends to its AI service A feature-by-feature list of exactly what leaves your account when VEXA uses AI, what never leaves, and what is kept afterwards. Chat with VEXA Open a conversation with the coach on any surface, and understand why its answers change depending on the page you are on. Manage your chat history Reopen a past conversation, delete one, or download a copy. The gesture is different on every surface. What VEXA can look up for you The questions the coach can answer from your own data, grouped by what you are trying to find out. Ask VEXA to change something Tag a trade, add to a journal entry or set a reminder by asking, and see where VEXA writes it and what it will never overwrite. What Sentinel is, and what it is not Sentinel watches your heart rate and HRV while you trade and speaks up when your body signals stress. It does not see your trades. What you need to run Sentinel The plan, the phone, the wearable and the health permissions Sentinel needs before a session can read anything. Connect Apple Health Grant VEXA read access to Apple Health on iPhone and iPad so Sentinel can see your heart rate, HRV and sleep. VEXA never writes anything back. Connect Health Connect on Android Grant VEXA read access to heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep and steps through the Health Connect app so Sentinel can read your physiology. Which heart rate devices work with Sentinel The 17 wearables Sentinel supports, how each one connects, and which ones need your phone unlocked. Pair a different strap VEXA remembers the last strap it paired with. Forget it and rescan when you switch devices, replace a strap, or pick up someone else's by mistake. Start and stop a Sentinel session Sessions are one shared thing across your devices. Starting on the web starts your watch, and stopping anywhere stops everywhere. The reminders you see when a session starts Up to three notices appear as a Sentinel session begins. They are setup reminders, not errors, and which ones you see depends on your wearable. Why Apple Watch adds Exercise minutes during a session Live heart rate on Apple Watch needs an active workout, so your Activity rings register Exercise minutes. VEXA discards the workout and saves nothing to Apple Health. Why WHOOP and Fitbit need your phone unlocked Both devices stop broadcasting when the phone screen locks. Change auto-lock for the session, then put it back. The baseline and its 20 sessions Why the baseline card says 0 of 20, what Sentinel uses before it is calibrated, and how the figure is worked out. Choose what you share on the leaderboard Your leaderboard metrics are a checklist, and that checklist is also the opt-out. Turn every metric off and you disappear from the leaderboards. Show an anonymous name on the leaderboard Swap your real name for a generated handle on leaderboards. The choice locks for 30 days once you change it, so make it deliberately. Set your location for country and region rankings Country and Region leaderboards stay greyed out until your account has a location. Here is where to set it and what it publishes.
