Import trades from uFunded

uFunded provides an Account Statement as a PDF, and VEXA reads that PDF directly without a CSV conversion.

What this does

Brings activity from your uFunded simulated trading account into VEXA from the Account Statement PDF.

Before you start

  • PDF is uFunded’s only export format. VEXA reads it directly, so you do not need to convert it to CSV.
  • There is no automatic sync. uFunded has no public API, so upload a fresh statement whenever you want to update your journal.
  • Overlapping periods are safe. VEXA discards duplicate executions using the transaction IDs in the statement.
  • Statement times carry the GMT offset printed on the PDF and VEXA converts them automatically.

Export the statement from uFunded

Same on every platform

  1. Sign in to the uFunded platform.
  2. Click the burger icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Account Statement.
  4. Select the period you want to import.
  5. Click Generate statement to download the PDF.

Upload to VEXA

Same on every platform

  1. Open broker connections in VEXA and choose uFunded.
  2. Choose manual upload and select the PDF you downloaded.
  3. Review the import result before uploading another period.

Instruments and position sizes

One statement can contain US stocks, index CFDs such as US100, gold and forex. VEXA imports all of them together.

Gold and forex sizes are converted from lots to units. For example, 0.01 lots of gold becomes 1 oz in VEXA. Position sizes therefore appear in units, and profit figures reconcile with the statement’s Settled PnL totals.

What you should see

The result panel should identify the uFunded statement and show the accepted and skipped counts. If you upload an overlapping period, executions already imported should be reported as duplicates instead of appearing twice.

If it doesn’t work

  • The file is rejected. Download a fresh Account Statement PDF from uFunded and upload the original file unchanged.
  • Recent trades are missing. Generate a new statement whose period includes those executions, then upload it again.
  • A position size looks larger than the lot value. VEXA shows gold and forex in units rather than lots. For gold, 0.01 lots appears as 1 oz.
  • The profit total does not match. Compare the same statement period and its Settled PnL total. Overlapping uploads do not add the same execution twice.
