Before you send it to anyone
- Your friend has to sign up on the web. Referral links do not work through the iPhone or Android app, though they can use any device once the account exists.
- The 30-day trial is a monthly-plan thing. Annual plans bill in full at signup and have never carried a trial.
- Your friend has to be new to VEXA. Anyone who has subscribed before does not qualify, and neither of you gets anything.
- Your own paid plan has to be active. During your trial the card is locked, and on a free account it is not there at all.
- You cannot refer yourself. It is blocked by account, by email address and by card.

A 30-day free trial on a monthly plan, instead of the standard 14 days. Annual plans are billed in full at signup and carry no trial, referred or not. Nothing about the price changes.
After your friend's first payment clears there is a 7-day hold, which is a fraud check and is not skippable. Once it passes, the month is credited and applied to your subscription, and we email you. Rewards are processed once a day, so allow until the next day's run after the hold ends.
When Apple or Google bills you, we extend your renewal date through the store rather than directly. Both stores limit how often and how far a renewal date can move, so months are banked and applied in batches. A banked month is never lost, but it can sit waiting. If one has not appeared by your renewal date, email support@vexatrade.ai with your friend's signup date.
Only before it reaches you. If your friend's first payment is refunded or charged back before your month has been applied, the reward is reversed and nothing is owed. A month that has already been applied to your subscription is never clawed back.
Twelve free months per rolling year. Beyond that, further referrals are still recorded but no more months are awarded until older ones age out of the window. Each friend earns you one reward, once, and each person can only be referred by one referrer.
No. Referral links only work through web signup. Once the account exists they can use any device they like. If they already signed up without the link, they can still type the code on the last step of onboarding, before they subscribe.
Then the code is refused and neither of you gets anything. The program is for people who are new to VEXA and have never subscribed. You also cannot refer yourself: that is blocked by account, by email address and by card.
They are not lost. Banked months are applied to your new subscription if you resubscribe later.
