Is VEXA legit? Brand and impersonation
Who runs VEXA, the only official places it exists, and why a foreign-exchange broker on a similar name has nothing to do with it.
What this does
A separate foreign-exchange broker operates under a similar “Vexa Trade” name on a .org domain. It is an unaffiliated company with no connection to VEXA, and the two are easy to confuse.
Before you start
One rule covers almost every case: VEXA never takes deposits. It is a journalling and coaching app. It holds no client money, executes no trades and offers no managed accounts. If something using the name “Vexa Trade” asks you to fund an account, it is not us.
Who runs VEXA
VEXA is operated by VEXA Artificial Intelligence Development FZ-LLC, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. That entity is named as the data controller in the Privacy Policy and as the operator in the Refund Policy. Its technology is patent pending under US application #64/030,397.
The apps are published under that company on both stores, which you can check on the store listings themselves.

Anything else using the name is not VEXA.
How to check for yourself
- Look at the domain. The real product is on vexatrade.ai, and the app you sign into is on app.vexatrade.ai. The unaffiliated broker is on a .org domain.
- Look at what it asks for. VEXA asks you to connect a broker read-only or upload a statement. It never asks you to deposit funds, wire money or fund a trading account.
- Look at the store listing. Both apps are published by VEXA Artificial Intelligence Development FZ-LLC.
- Check the legal pages. Terms, Privacy and Refund policy all live on vexatrade.ai and all name the same UAE company.
What VEXA will never ask you for
- A deposit, a wire, or any transfer of funds
- Your broker password
- Remote access to your computer
- Payment through a channel other than the web checkout, the App Store or Google Play
If you were asked for any of those under the VEXA name, stop and email support@vexatrade.ai.
What you should see
Signing in at app.vexatrade.ai lands you on a dashboard with your scores and your trades. There is no balance, no deposit button and no withdrawal screen anywhere in the product, because there is no money held on your behalf.
If it doesn’t work
- You already sent money to something calling itself Vexa Trade. It was not VEXA. Contact your bank or card issuer. VEXA cannot recover funds it never received.
- You found a site or account impersonating VEXA. Send the link to support@vexatrade.ai.
- You are not sure whether an email is really from VEXA. VEXA emails come from the vexatrade.ai domain and never ask for a password or a payment outside the app. See Emails VEXA sends you.
