Ask VEXA to support your broker
How to send us your broker and a sample export so a parser can be built for it, and what to do with your trades in the meantime.
What this does
Sends your broker, and a real file from it, to the people who write the parsers. A parser built from an actual export is far more reliable than one built from a broker’s documentation, so the file matters more than the request.
Before you start
- Web app only. The request form lives inside VEXA AI Import.
- Have the export in front of you. A request with no file is a vote; a request with a file is a specification.
- Check Supported brokers first. Forex and CFD brokers are usually already covered through MetaTrader, under their own name.
Steps
Web only
- Open Profile and find the VEXA AI Import / Manual CSV Template card.
- Search for your broker under Select Your Broker.
- When it is not in the list, open the broker support request from that search, or from the message VEXA shows when it cannot parse a file.
- Enter the broker’s name as the broker itself writes it.
- Say which report you exported. “Trade history”, “account statement” and “order history” are different files and they parse differently.
- Attach the file.
- Add a note if there is something we would not guess: a regional variant, a language, a segment split.
- Send it.
What makes a request usable
- The raw export, unedited. Do not open it in a spreadsheet and save it again. That rewrites the encoding, the delimiter and sometimes the dates, and it hides the thing we need to see.
- A file with a few dozen fills in it, covering at least one round trip. A one-row sample tells us almost nothing about how the broker marks exits.
- The report name from the broker’s own menu. Brokers name their exports inconsistently and the name is how we find it again.
While you wait
You are not blocked. Both of these work today:
- VEXA AI Import reads most broker CSVs without a dedicated parser.
- The VEXA CSV template accepts fills in VEXA’s own format.
Trades imported either way behave normally. If a parser is added for your broker later, you do not have to redo anything.
What you should see
The form closes and confirms it was sent. There is no ticket number and no status page for broker requests.
If it doesn’t work
- Your broker is in the list but the file will not parse. That is a parser bug rather than a missing broker. Send it through the same form and say which broker you picked.
- The file is too large to attach. Trim it to a few weeks of trading. A representative sample is enough.
