Score history, streaks and bands
What Excellent, Good and Needs Work mean, why a streak needs 70 and a band needs 75, and how not to confuse score bands with compliance bands.
What this does
Your score history is one number per day, kept for as long as your account has been scored. The breakdown turns that history into three summaries: a trend, a streak count, and a split into bands.
The bands
Excellent score ≥ 75
Good score 50 to 74
Needs Work score < 50
Score Distribution reports each band as a percentage of your scored days, rounded to whole numbers. Because each band is rounded on its own, the three figures can add up to 99 or 101.
The streak
a day counts towards a streak when its score ≥ 70
Best Streak is the longest run of consecutive scored days at 70 or above anywhere in your history. Current Streak counts backwards from your most recent scored day and stops the moment it hits a day below 70.
Note the mismatch: the streak line is at 70 and the Excellent band starts at 75. A run of days at 72 builds a streak and lands in the Good band. Both figures are correct and they are answering different questions.
The trend
with 14 or more scored days: change = mean(last 7) − mean(previous 7)
with 2 to 13 scored days: change = newest − oldest
The arrow reads up above +1, down below minus 1, and stable in between, so a small wobble is not dressed up as a direction.
Do not confuse these with compliance bands
The Rules Tracker has its own four bands with their own colours, and one of the names is nearly the same. They measure completely different things.
| System | Bands | What it grades |
|---|---|---|
| VEXA Score distribution | Excellent, Good, Needs Work | Your daily VEXA Score, 0 to 100 |
| Rules Tracker compliance | Elite, Solid, Needs Work, Reset | How many of your own rules you followed that day |
A day can be Elite on compliance and Needs Work on score. That is a day you followed every rule and still lost money, and the Rules Tracker is built to show you those days. See Read the compliance calendar.

What you should see
One point per scored day. Gaps are days that were never scored, which is normal: VEXA scores your trading days and does not score dates more than 30 days after the fact.
The apps show “No historical data available” with “Start syncing your trades to see trends” when there is nothing to plot.
If it doesn’t work
- Your history is shorter than your account. Scores only exist for days that were scored while they were recent. Backfilling old dates past 30 days is not possible.
- The current streak reset without you noticing. One day at 69 ends it.
- The chart changed when you changed accounts. The history is scoped to your selected accounts, like every other analysis surface.
