Session analytics

Compare sessions, read the trend and correlation charts, and understand the session stats Sentinel keeps.

What this does

Shows what your sessions looked like after the fact. Everything here is built from physiology and session timing, because that is all Sentinel records. It does not show your P&L next to your pulse.

Four things sit on the page.

Session Comparison puts recent sessions side by side so you can see which ones ran hot.

Trend Analysis tracks your figures over time, which is where a rising resting heart rate across weeks becomes visible.

Biometric Correlation relates your biometric measures to each other, for example heart rate against sleep.

Session Stats is the summary block: Total Sessions, Avg Duration, Avg Stress, Interventions, Best Session and Worst Session.

Before you start

The charts need history. One session produces nothing worth comparing, and the empty states say so with “No session data available yet” and “No biometric correlation data available”.

Only qualifying sessions count, which is the same rule the baseline uses: a real start and end, an average heart rate between 35 and 220 bpm, and at least one bucket of samples.

Best and Worst are Sentinel’s own reading of your physiology during those sessions. They are not a verdict on how the trading went, and Sentinel does not know how the trading went.

Steps

  1. Open VEXA Sentinel from the sidebar.
  2. Open the Analytics tab.
  3. Scroll through Session Comparison, Trend Analysis, Biometric Correlation and Session Stats.
  1. Open Home, then tap Sentinel.
  2. Tap Session Analytics.
  3. Scroll through the charts and the stats block.

What you should see

Charts with a point or bar per session and a stats block with six figures.

With a handful of sessions the charts are sparse but real. The trend line only becomes useful after a few weeks of regular sessions.

If it doesn’t work

Everything is empty. No qualifying sessions yet. Run some sessions with a connected wearable.

A session you remember is missing. It did not qualify, usually because no readings arrived, so the average heart rate fell outside the accepted range. A session with a dead strap records nothing.

Correlation charts stay empty while the others fill. Correlation needs more than one biometric measure. If your device sends heart rate but no HRV, and nothing is recording your sleep, there is nothing to correlate. See Which heart rate devices work.

The numbers differ from what you saw live. The live card shows the current session. These figures are computed after a session ends.
