When signups are closed: the waitlist
VEXA caps how many paying members it takes at once, so signups close and reopen on their own. Here is what the waitlist does and how a spot frees up.
What this does
VEXA takes a limited number of paying members at a time. When that number is reached, signups close everywhere at once and a waitlist takes over. When a member leaves and a place frees up, signups reopen on their own.
Joining the waitlist reserves your place in the queue and gets you an email when a spot opens.
Before you start
The cap counts paying members, not accounts. A spot is taken by anyone on Edge or Pro whose subscription is trialing, active, behind on payment, or cancelled but still inside a paid period. Someone on a free trial is holding a spot. So is someone who cancelled last week and still has three weeks left.
Existing members are not affected. The cap only decides whether new accounts can be created.
The check runs on the server, so it behaves the same whether you are on the website, an iPhone, an iPad or an Android device. An out-of-date app cannot slip past it.
Steps
Same on every platform
- Go to
vexatrade.ai/waitlist. - Enter your email address and submit the form.
- Open the confirmation email, subject “confirm your vexa spot”, and click the link inside. Your place is not held until you do.
- Wait for the email telling you a spot has opened, then sign up as normal.
What you should see
When signups are closed you get an orange card where the signup form would be. On the website it reads: VEXA is at capacity for our limited launch. We are onboarding a limited number of members right now. Join the waitlist and we will email you the moment a spot opens. A Join the waitlist button sits underneath. The apps say the same thing more briefly, and older app builds word it more bluntly.
After joining, a confirmation page tells you to check your email. All the waitlist emails use lowercase subject lines, which is deliberate and not a spoof:
- “confirm your vexa spot” is the one you must click to be added.
- “you’re on the vexa list” confirms you are in the queue.
- “still holding your vexa spot” is a reminder that your unconfirmed place is waiting.
When a spot opens you get an email and can sign up. The engine rechecks on every membership change and again every five minutes, so reopening is close to immediate rather than a daily batch.
If it doesn’t work
The confirmation email has not arrived. Check spam, then confirm you typed the address correctly by submitting the form again. VEXA does not track clicks or rewrite links in these emails, so a plain looking link is the correct behaviour.
You clicked the link and the page said it had expired. Confirmation links do not last forever. Rejoin the waitlist and confirm the new email.
You have a VEXA account already but cannot sign in. The cap never affects an existing account. That is a sign-in problem rather than a capacity one.
You want off the list. Every waitlist email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and using it removes you from the queue.
