Emails VEXA sends you

Every email VEXA can send, with its exact subject line, so you can tell a real one from a fake.

Same on every platform Updated

What this does

This is the full list of emails VEXA sends. If something arrives claiming to be from VEXA and is not on this list, treat it as suspicious.

Every genuine VEXA email comes from support@vexatrade.ai.

Waitlist

Sent only if you joined the waitlist while signups were closed. The subject lines are deliberately lowercase:

  • confirm your vexa spot
  • you’re on the vexa list
  • still holding your vexa spot

How to tell a real one

  • The sender is support@vexatrade.ai.
  • The subject matches one on this page.
  • VEXA never asks for your password, your card number or a broker credential by email.
  • Links point at vexatrade.ai or app.vexatrade.ai. Hover before you click.

If something looks wrong, do not click. Open VEXA yourself and check Profile > Subscription, which is the authoritative view of your billing.

What you should see

One email per event, not one per retry. A failed payment sends one email for the whole retry episode, and a cancellation sends one email per cancellation.

If it doesn’t work

  • VEXA emails stopped arriving around the middle of July 2026. Support can put your address back on. Email support@vexatrade.ai from another address.
  • You subscribed on the web and never got the welcome email with the password link. Check spam first, then email support@vexatrade.ai.
  • You cancelled a while ago and got no confirmation. Cancellation emails only started in July 2026. Cancellations before that were silent.
  • You got a trial reminder for a trial you cancelled. The reminder is queued about two days ahead. If Profile > Subscription shows Cancelled, you will not be charged.
