My trades only show under All Accounts
Trades that appear with the filter on All Accounts and vanish under every individual account are unlinked. Here is what unlinks them and what to do.
What this does
Every imported trade is linked to one broker account. The account filter shows you the trades linked to whichever account you selected, and All Accounts shows everything you have.
A trade that appears under All Accounts and under none of the individual accounts is unlinked. Your data is intact, your totals across All Accounts are complete, and nothing has been lost. Two things unlink trades, and each has its own fix.
Before you start
Confirm which symptom you actually have.
- The trades appear under All Accounts only. Keep reading.
- The trades appear under one account, and you expected a different one. That is a split account, covered below.
- The trades do not appear anywhere. That is a different problem. See Some of my trades are missing.
Cause 1: the account was deleted and the trades were kept
When you delete a broker account, VEXA asks what to do with its trades and defaults to Keep trades (unlink from broker). That choice does exactly what it says: the connection goes, the history stays, and the link between them is removed.
This is the designed behaviour and the safe default, but it surprises people who read it as “keep everything”. The trades survive. Their account association does not.
There is no way to reattach unlinked trades to a new account yourself. If it matters for your reporting, open Help & Support from your profile with the broker name and the date range, and the team can look at it.
Before deleting an account in future, read Delete a broker account so the choice is deliberate.
Cause 2: the same broker ended up with two accounts
Uploading a file without choosing which account it belongs to can create a new one. Do that twice and one real brokerage account becomes two accounts in VEXA, with half your history under each.
Nothing is unlinked in this case, which is why All Accounts looks right and each individual account looks short. Check by expanding the broker in your broker list and counting the accounts under it. Two rows for one real account is the giveaway.
To stop it happening again, start the upload from the account rather than from the broker picker: open the account you want, then use its Manual Upload tab. When you do have to create an account, give it an alias you will recognise, since the alias is what you pick from next time.
Steps
Check the filter and count your accounts.
- Set the account selector in the sidebar to All Accounts and confirm the trades are there.
- Open Profile from the sidebar card that shows your name with View Profile under it.
- Open Connected Brokers and expand the broker in question.
- Count the accounts listed and compare their last-sync times.
- Open the account selector sheet, Filter by Account, and choose All Accounts. Confirm the trades are there.
- Tap the circular avatar at the top right of Home.
- Open Connected Services and expand the broker in question.
- Count the accounts listed and compare their last-sync times.
- Set the account row in the sidebar to All Accounts and confirm the trades are there.
- Tap the profile chip at the bottom of the sidebar, then View Profile.

What you should see
With the filter on All Accounts, your full history. Under a single account, the trades imported or synced under that account and nothing else.
Every account row shows its nickname, its own account identifier from the broker, and a relative last-sync time. Two rows carrying the same broker identifier is a split account. Two rows carrying different identifiers are two genuinely different accounts at your broker.
If it doesn’t work
- You cannot find the trades at all, on any filter. See Some of my trades are missing.
- A new import went to the wrong account. Delete nothing. Choose the correct account before the next upload, and ask support about the ones already imported. Deleting the wrong account with the keep-trades option turns a split account into unlinked trades, which is harder to undo.
