How it works
You apply, we read it, you get a code
Applications go through the partner portal and a founder reads every one. Approved partners get a code that is short and theirs, like VX-JAYTRD. It becomes a signup link you can put anywhere: a video description, a pinned post, a newsletter footer.
Your audience gets a longer run at it
Anyone who signs up through your link gets 30 days of full access instead of the usual 14, with no card. That is the reason to click your link rather than go direct.
You get a share of what they pay
When a referred trader becomes a paying subscriber, you receive 30% of the subscription revenue we collect from them, every month, for their first 12 months.
Who we are looking for
Creators who teach process. If your content is about discipline, risk, reviewing your own trades, or getting out of a tilt spiral, your audience is already halfway to being VEXA users and we would like to talk to you.
We are a poor fit for signal groups and accounts built on screenshots of green days. Not a judgment, just a mismatch. VEXA's whole pitch is that the boring parts are what compound, and that lands badly on an audience that showed up for the lottery ticket.
Platform does not matter to us. YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, a newsletter, a Discord you have run for years. What matters is whether the people there listen to you.
Straight answers
How much can I make?
We are not going to put a number on that, and you should be careful with anyone who does. It depends entirely on how many of your followers subscribe and stay subscribed. The rate is 30% of what we collect from each referred subscriber for 12 months. The rest is arithmetic you can do better than we can.
30% of what, exactly?
Of the money that reaches us, not of the price on the listing. If someone subscribes on the web, those are nearly the same number. If they subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google keep 15 to 30% before we see a cent, and your 30% is calculated on what is left. We would rather you knew that now than worked it out from your first payout.
Is there a minimum follower count?
No. We would rather work with someone who has 4,000 traders who trust them than someone with 400,000 who scroll past. If your audience is real and it trades, apply.
When exactly does a referral count?
When someone signs up through your link, we record you as the referrer at that moment. If they lose your link along the way, they can still type your code on the plan step during onboarding. What we cannot do is attach a referral to someone who is already a paying VEXA customer.
How do I get paid?
Wise or PayPal, once a month. Each commission waits 30 days from the day we collect the payment behind it, because that is the window in which a card payment can still come back. Once it clears the wait it goes into the next monthly run. Balances under $50 roll into the following month so nobody eats a transfer fee on a $6 payout.
What happens if someone refunds or charges back?
That commission comes off. We only pay on revenue we actually keep, so a refunded month is not a month you earned. Most of these land inside the 30-day wait and never reach a payout at all. If one lands after we already paid you, we net it off your next payout. We do not send a creator an invoice for money we already handed over.
Can I change where the money goes?
Any time, in the portal. Changing your payout details makes you sign in again and sends a notice to the email on your account, so a change you did not make does not go unnoticed. The new details apply from the next monthly run.
Do I have to be a VEXA user?
No, and your code works whether or not you subscribe. That said, the partners who do well are almost always the ones using the product, because it is very hard to talk about a trading journal you have never opened.
Do I have to say I am a partner?
Yes. If you are promoting us for commission, disclose it. In the US the FTC requires it, and beyond the legal point, your audience finds out eventually and it costs you more than it costs us.
Can I run ads on VEXA's name?
No. Bidding on our brand terms means we pay you a commission on traffic that was already looking for us. Everything else is fair game.
Can I get better terms?
Ask. The published rate is what we offer by default and it is the same for everyone at the start. Anything custom is a conversation with the founders, not something the person answering your first email can promise.
Apply
The form lives in the partner portal. It asks for your handle, roughly what your audience trades, and where you would put the link. A founder reads every one. If it is a fit we approve you the same week, and your code and dashboard are there when you sign back in.
Joining means agreeing to the partner terms. Nothing on this page is a promise of earnings. What you make depends on whether the people you refer subscribe and stay, which is not something we or you can guarantee.
