What works on each device
A capability table for web, iPhone, iPad, Android phone and Android tablet, so you know which device to reach for before you start.
What this does
VEXA ships five different apps that share one account: the web app, iPhone, iPad, Android phone and Android tablet. They are not the same app at five sizes. Some jobs only work on one of them.
Read the table once and you will stop hunting for a button on a device that never had it.
Before you start
Your account, your trades and your subscription are the same everywhere. Signing in on a second device changes nothing about the first.
Two structural facts explain most of the differences below:
- Health data can only be captured on a phone. Apple Health and Health Connect are phone APIs. Web can display heart rate and sleep that a phone collected, and can never collect any itself.
- The two tablets run separate code from their phones. iPad and Android tablet each have their own screen layouts, so a feature can exist on Android and be missing on an Android tablet.
Navigation is different on the phones
Web, iPad and Android tablet show text labels next to every navigation icon. Neither phone does.
The iPhone tab bar and the Android bottom bar are five unlabelled icons. The names exist as accessibility descriptions for VoiceOver and TalkBack, and a sighted user never sees them. When a help article tells you to tap an icon rather than a named tab, this is why.
Reaching Profile is different on every surface:
| Surface | How you open Profile |
|---|---|
| Web | The card at the bottom of the sidebar showing your name, with View Profile under it |
| iPhone | The circular avatar at the top right of Home |
| iPad | The profile chip at the bottom of the sidebar |
| Android | The circular avatar at the top right of Home |
| Android tablet | The profile chip at the bottom of the sidebar |
There is no screen called Settings anywhere in VEXA. Every surface puts a Settings section inside Profile.

Where the Android tablet falls short
Every row in the Android tablet’s Settings section opens its own pane. Export My Data sits under Privacy, and setting your display timezone, your broker server timezone, your notification preferences and your leaderboard visibility all work from that screen too.
The Android tablet also has no AI Services consent row and no AI Usage card. Use another surface for those.
Picking a device for a job
Importing a file. Use the web app. It has the AI import and the manual CSV template, and the preview table is readable on a big screen.
Setting up MetaTrader auto sync. Use a desktop computer. MetaTrader’s mobile app cannot run the Expert Advisor, so the phone apps show a desktop required screen with a QR handoff instead.
Connecting a wearable and running Sentinel. Use your phone. Web can configure Sentinel and watch a session, and the heart rate itself has to come from a phone paired to a watch or a strap.
Anything long, like reviewing a month of trades or building a dashboard. Use web or a tablet.
Anything quick, like checking today’s P&L. Use a widget on your phone home screen.
What you should see
Sign in on a second device and your trades, scores, journal, rules and subscription are already there. Nothing needs importing twice.
Three things are genuinely per device and will not follow you: the order of your metrics widgets, the order of your charts, and whether you have already seen the walkthrough. Reinstalling or picking up a new phone replays the walkthrough, which is expected.
