Refunds
VEXA subscriptions are non-refundable once charged. The free trial is the evaluation window, and store purchases are refunded by Apple or Google.
What this does
This is the plain-language version of the refund policy. The policy itself is at vexatrade.ai/refund-policy and it is the version that governs. Where this page and that page differ, that page wins.
The position, in the policy’s own words
All VEXA subscriptions are non-refundable. Your free trial is your evaluation window. If VEXA isn’t right for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be billed. Once a paid subscription begins, all payments are final.
And on the trial:
The free trial is your evaluation window. Please make your decision during the trial. We do not issue refunds after the trial converts to a paid subscription.
Before you start
- Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. That is 14 days on any monthly plan, or 30 if a friend referred you.
- Annual plans have no trial and no pro-rated refund. The policy is explicit that it does not refund unused months on an annual plan, whether you cancel a day or eleven months in.
- Cancelling does not refund the current period. You keep access until it ends. See Cancel your subscription.
What is explicitly not refundable
The policy names these:
- Subscription fees charged after a free trial ends, even if you forgot to cancel
- Unused time on a plan you cancelled
- Bugs, incomplete features and rough edges in a product that is still being built, which is what the trial is for
- Temporary downtime or partial service interruptions
- A third-party service VEXA relies on changing, degrading or going away
Steps
Where to ask depends on who took your money.

Goodwill refunds
The policy keeps a narrow discretionary exception for rare cases, decided one by one. It also says plainly what does not qualify: changing your mind, not using the service, or not liking it.
What you should see
Store refunds are decided by Apple or Google and they email you their decision. A refund from Stripe appears on your statement within your bank’s normal window, usually five to ten working days.
If it doesn’t work
- You were charged when you expected a trial. Read Why was I charged immediately instead of getting a trial? before asking for a refund. The answer is often there.
- You cancelled but were charged anyway. Check you cancelled in the store you bought through, on the same account. See Cancel your subscription.
- You deleted the app and kept being billed. Deleting an app does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel in the store.
