Intervention history
Every alert Sentinel delivered, with outcomes and filters. The web shows today only, the apps go back further.
What this does
The record of every intervention Sentinel delivered, and what you did about it. Since Sentinel reads physiology, each entry is a moment when your body crossed a line you had set, with the message it sent you.
Every intervention is written here whatever channel it went out on, so this is the place to check when you are not sure whether something fired or whether you missed it.
Each row carries a severity, the full message, a time, and an outcome: accepted or acknowledged, dismissed, snoozed, or still pending. Alerts fired during voice sessions are marked as having been spoken.
Before you start
The web shows today only, and at most 50 records. The heading says “Today’s History” with the subtitle “Resets daily at midnight”. The phone apps have Today, Week, Month and All filters. So an alert you had yesterday is not missing from the web, it is on your phone.
iPad calls the same screen Interventions.
The web has a Clear History button. Clearing removes what is displayed there.
The History tab on the web carries a red badge with the number of interventions you have not looked at yet.
Steps
- Open VEXA Sentinel from the sidebar.
- Open the History tab.
- Read today’s interventions, grouped by day with a count of criticals.
- Use Clear History if you want the list emptied.
- Open Home, then tap Sentinel.
- Tap Intervention History.
- Choose Today, Week, Month or All.
- Tap a row to read the full message and its outcome.
- Open Home, then tap Sentinel.
- Tap Intervention History.
- Choose Today, Week, Month or All.
- Tap a row to read the full message and its outcome.
What you should see
A list ordered newest first, colour coded by severity, with relative times such as “Just now” or “12m ago” on recent entries.
With nothing to show, the empty state reads No Interventions, followed by “You have no interventions in this time period.”
The Recent Alerts block on the web Overview tab shows the last three, with a link through to the full list.
If it doesn’t work
Yesterday’s alerts are gone on the web. The web keeps today only. Open the same history on your phone and choose Week or All.
An alert you remember hearing is not listed. Check the date filter first. If it is genuinely missing, it may have been a voice-only delivery from an older session, so check the same period in the app rather than the web.
Nothing has ever been recorded. No intervention has fired. Work through Why you did not get an intervention.
Everything shows as pending. Pending means you did not acknowledge or dismiss it. Alerts you never saw stay pending, which is a useful sign that your delivery settings need attention.
You cleared history and want it back. Clearing is final.
