What account deletion removes
Account deletion is permanent and wipes your records, your Sentinel history and your sign-in. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
What this does
Deleting your account erases your VEXA records and your sign-in. There is no recycle bin, no grace period and no way to undo it. VEXA cannot restore a deleted account.
Read the two lists below before you do it. The second one is the one that costs people money.
Before you start
Do these three things first, in this order.
- Cancel a store subscription yourself. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your VEXA account does not cancel it. Apple and Google own that billing relationship and only they can end it. See Cancel your subscription.
- Export anything you want to keep. See Export your VEXA data. After deletion there is nothing left to export.
- Know that your free week does not come back. Welcome Week is one per email address, ever. Deleting and signing up again with the same address gets you the paywall, not another free week.
What deletion removes
- Your trades, positions, journal entries and trade analysis
- Every chat conversation and every message inside it
- Voice sessions, transcripts and summaries
- The long-term facts the coach learned about you, and the embeddings used to recall your history
- Scores, score history, insights, summaries and pattern results
- Sentinel sessions, interventions, rules, configuration and your biometric baseline
- Every raw heart-rate reading, and the health metrics imported from your phone
- Playbooks, tags, Rules Tracker rules and their per-day grades
- Broker connections, their encrypted credentials and your upload history
- Your MetaTrader sync key, including the lookup entry that would otherwise keep accepting trades from your terminal
- Reminders, notification history and push tokens
- Profile photos, uploaded broker files, broker support requests and generated reminder audio
- Bug reports you submitted
- Your community memberships
- Your Stripe customer record, which cancels a subscription billed on the web
- Your VEXA sign-in itself
VEXA also instructs its email system to erase the personal details it holds for lifecycle emails, and queues removal of your subscriber record with the mobile billing service.
Community messaging was removed from VEXA in April 2026, so there is no post or message history attached to your account and nothing of that kind survives deletion.
What deletion does not remove
- An App Store or Google Play subscription. It keeps renewing until you cancel it in the store. Cancel first.
- Your eligibility record for the free week. One per email address, ever, and deletion does not reset it.
- A copy you already exported. That file is yours and lives on your device.

What you should see
You are signed out and returned to the sign-in screen. Signing in with the same credentials fails, because the sign-in no longer exists. Creating a new account with the same email address gives you a new, empty account with no free week.
If it doesn’t work
- “Failed to delete account. Please try again or contact support.” Something in the sequence did not complete. Depending on how far it got, part of your data may already be gone, and the message does not tell you which. Running it again is safe: a retry re-runs the whole erasure and skips whatever is already gone. If it repeats, email support@vexatrade.ai.
- You were charged after deleting. You had a store subscription and it was never cancelled. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play now. See Refunds for what happens next.
- You changed your mind straight away. There is no recovery. Sign up again and start fresh.
