Start a subscription on iPhone or iPad

What this does

Buying inside the iPhone or iPad app puts your subscription on your Apple Account. Apple takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles any refund.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to VEXA and to an Apple Account with a valid payment method.
• Confirming the purchase charges your Apple Account immediately, on monthly and on annual alike.
• The plan applies to every device you sign in to VEXA on, not only this one.

Steps

The prices you see are Apple’s

VEXA never hardcodes a price into the app. Everything on the paywall comes from the App Store in your storefront’s currency, so what you read is what Apple will charge.

The auto-renewal disclosure

This sits in the paywall footer and is quoted here exactly as it appears:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

What you should see

The paywall closes on its own. Profile > Subscription now reads Manage subscription with your tier beside it, and the lock screens are gone. Apple emails a receipt separately.

If it doesn’t work

• The paywall offers no free trial. VEXA Pro does not start with one. Your free evaluation is the Welcome Package, which every new account gets before subscribing. See Your Welcome Package: Full Access explained.
• “Manage on the web”. You already have an active subscription bought on the web. Sign in at vexatrade.ai to change it. See Why you can’t subscribe or change plans on another platform.
• You have paid before on this Apple Account and VEXA shows Edge (Free). Tap Restore Purchases. See Restore purchases.
• You want to move from monthly to annual, or stop paying. Those go through Apple rather than the paywall. See Manage an App Store subscription.
