Your Welcome Package: Full Access explained

Every new account gets a 14-day Welcome Package of VEXA Pro features with no card, 30 days if a referral brought you in, at a lower AI allowance than a paid Pro plan.

What this does

Your Welcome Package is 14 days of VEXA Pro’s features, granted the moment your account is created. It needs no card and no store purchase, and there is nothing to cancel when it runs out. It exists so you can judge the product with your own trades in it rather than from a feature list.

If a referral brought you in, your Welcome Package runs 30 days instead of 14. Everything else about it is the same.

Sentinel, Pattern Recognition, Weekly Overview and the rest of the Pro feature list are open for that whole window, but voice and chat run at a lower ceiling than a paid Pro plan: 100 voice minutes and 300 chat messages. That is the allowance for the entire Welcome Package, not per day, against Pro’s monthly 300 minutes and 900 messages.

Before you start

Two things about the Welcome Package catch people out, so read these before the rest.

The Welcome Package is the only free window VEXA offers. There is no second free period waiting behind a card. If you subscribe, you are charged straight away, on the web and in both app stores. Subscribing on day 2 does not add your unused days onto a plan, and it does not start a separate trial. It starts a paid plan that day.

One Welcome Package per email address, ever. Deleting your account and signing up again with the same address does not mint a fresh one.

You can subscribe at any point during the package. Nothing is locked to you while it runs.

Steps

To see how many days are left:

  1. Open Dashboard from the sidebar.
  2. Read the Full Access pill near the top of the page. It shows the days remaining.
  3. Click it to open the plan page, where the same date appears above the plan cards.

What you should see

On day one the pill reads 14 days left, or 30 days left if a referral brought you in. It counts down by whole days, so it never shows a lower number than the copy promised.

The pill has two states:

  • Three or more days left. A dark pill with an orange edge reading “Full Access”, the days remaining, and “everything unlocked”. Tapping it opens an explainer rather than a payment screen.
  • Two days or fewer. A solid orange card offering Get VEXA Pro. Tapping this one goes straight to the plans.

The explainer sheet lays out two dates in order: everything unlocked until the end date, then the free plan, with VEXA Pro available whenever you want it.

When the package ends, the locked screens come back on their own. You do not need to restart the app or sign out. Broker connections, Trades, Metrics, the Journal, Communities and Leaderboards, and your CDI and VEXA Score numbers stay free on every plan. Every trade you imported stays exactly where it is. VEXA Chat and Voice AI Coaching drop to the free plan’s monthly taste, and Sentinel, Pattern Recognition, Weekly Overview and the rest of the Pro feature list need VEXA Pro.

If it doesn’t work

No Full Access pill after signing up. The grant lands a couple of seconds after the account is created, so a very fast first screen can beat it. Pull to refresh or reload. If it still is not there, check whether you have used this email address for a VEXA account before, because the package is once per address.

You deleted your account, signed up again, and only see the paywall. Working as intended. The Welcome Package does not reset with a new account on the same email address.

You expected 30 days and got 14. The longer window needs the referral to be attached to your signup. See Apply a referral code for how to check, and note that a code cannot be added after the account exists.

The pill says fewer days than you expected. Older app builds counted down a day early. Update the app from the App Store or Google Play.

You subscribed and were charged the same day. That is how subscribing works now. Your Welcome Package was the free window, so a plan starts and bills immediately. See Pricing and billing cycles.
