Sign in at console.zerodha.com. Console is a different site from Kite, and the tradebook lives in Console.

Go to Reports, then Tradebook, and pick a segment: Equity for NSE and BSE, F&O for NSE derivatives, Commodity for MCX, or Currency.

Set a date range covering your whole history, download as CSV rather than Excel, and upload it to VEXA.

Repeat for every segment you trade. Zerodha exports one tradebook per segment, and uploading only the equity one is the single most common reason half a Zerodha account looks missing.

What VEXA does with your Zerodha trades
Importing is the boring half. Once your fills are in, VEXA rebuilds each round trip, scores how you traded it, and keeps a record you can actually argue with.

Contact usAlmost certainly because you exported one segment. Someone who trades Nifty options and a few equities, and uploads only the equity tradebook, gets a clean import with no errors and no warnings and most of their trading absent. Nothing in VEXA can detect it, because a tradebook with no F&O rows in it is indistinguishable from a trader who does not trade F&O. Check which segments you exported before anything else.
Not yet. Kite Connect returns only the current day's trades, which is no use for a journal, so VEXA uses the Console export in the meantime and the broker screen shows an API Sync Coming Soon banner.
Yes. Options and futures carry lot sizes and VEXA applies the contract size, so quantities read in units rather than lots and your figures line up with Console.
VEXA has no market data provider for NSE, BSE or MCX yet. Your trades import correctly and every number VEXA calculates from them is right, but the chart on a trade's analysis page has nothing to draw for an Indian symbol. It is a gap in data coverage rather than a problem with your import.
No. Times are IST, and India does not observe daylight saving, so there is nothing to set.
