Check your platform timezone first, under Tools, Options, General, Time Zone. NinjaTrader stamps the export in whatever timezone the platform is set to, usually Central for CME futures, and VEXA needs the matching broker server timezone.

In the Control Center, choose New, then Trade Performance, and open the Executions tab. Export the executions rather than the summary, because VEXA rebuilds trades from fills.

Set the date range, right-click inside the executions list, choose Save As, and save as CSV.

Upload the file with the timezone already set. VEXA applies the contract size for each symbol, so an ES trade is priced at $50 a point and an MNQ trade at $2.

Contact usExecutions, not the summary. VEXA rebuilds each round trip from the individual fills, and a summary has no fills in it.
Because futures sessions run through midnight. With the wrong offset a trade lands on the wrong calendar day, which then puts it in the wrong journal day and the wrong session. It is the usual NinjaTrader failure and it stays invisible until you compare a trade against your platform.
Yes. E-mini and micro contracts, energies, metals and the rest of the CME and CBOT lineup all carry the right contract size, applied from one shared table. If a contract is not in that table the import still runs and the result panel warns you it came in with a size of one, which makes that trade's profit wrong by exactly the contract size. Report the symbol rather than editing the trade by hand.
No. US, European and ISO date formats are all handled, so there is nothing to configure in NinjaTrader before you export.
