-
Sign in on the Upstox website or open the Upstox Pro app, then go to Reports and open the trade report.
-
Pick a segment: Equity for NSE and BSE, F&O, Commodity for MCX, or Currency. Set the date range, which reaches three financial years.
-
Download as CSV and upload it to VEXA.
-
Repeat for every segment you trade. Upstox exports one report per segment, and uploading only the equity one leaves your derivatives out with no error to warn you.

What VEXA does with your Upstox trades
Importing is the boring half. Once your fills are in, VEXA rebuilds each round trip, scores how you traded it, and keeps a record you can actually argue with.
The journal writes itself
Every fill becomes a trade with the entry, exit, size, fees and net result already filled in. Daily, weekly and monthly journals are built from that, so your review starts with reading rather than typing.
A CDI score, updated daily
VEXA grades Confidence, Discipline and Intuition from how you actually traded, not just what you made. It is a patent-pending framework (US App #64/030,397) and the score moves with your activity each day.
Your rules, graded every trading day
Set the limits you want to hold yourself to, like a daily loss cap or a maximum position size, and VEXA marks each day against them so a broken rule is a fact rather than a feeling.
Playbooks that show what works
Tag your setups and VEXA tracks each one across enough trades to say something meaningful about it, instead of leaving you to judge an edge from the last three results.
Patterns you would not catch by eye
VEXA reads your history for repeated behaviour: the hour you tend to give profit back, the size you jump to after a loss, the setup you keep taking when conditions do not suit it.
A coach you can talk to
Ask about a single trade, a bad week, or your last drawdown, by chat or out loud by voice. The answers come from your own imported trades rather than generic advice.
VEXA is an educational tool for reviewing your own trading. It does not provide financial advice, and it never places orders or moves money in your broker account.
Upstox questions, answered
The things people ask before connecting Upstox. If yours is not here, the help centre goes deeper, and you can always ask us directly.
Contact usNot yet, and the reason is worth knowing before you wait for it. Upstox tokens expire daily, so even once the sync is switched on it will need reauthorising most days unless you ask Upstox for an extended read-only token. File import is the route today.
Three financial years, which is Upstox's own ceiling rather than VEXA's.
Check which segments you exported first, because that accounts for almost every mismatch on an Indian broker. Re-importing never creates duplicates, so uploading the missing segment costs you nothing.
VEXA has no market data provider for NSE, BSE or MCX. Your trades and every figure derived from them are correct; the chart on a trade's analysis page simply has nothing to draw.
No. Times are IST with no daylight saving, so there is nothing to set.
Trade somewhere else too?
VEXA connects to every broker in the directory, and each one keeps its own account inside a single journal.
