-
Open R|Trader or R|Trader Pro and go to Order History.
-
Filter the history to Completed Orders, choose the date range you want, and export the results as CSV.
-
Open broker connections in VEXA, choose Rithmic, and upload the Completed Orders CSV without changing its columns.
-
VEXA reads the completed futures fills and rebuilds them into journal trades. The same route covers FCM and prop-firm accounts that execute through Rithmic, including Apex accounts routed on the platform.

What VEXA does with your Rithmic trades
Importing is the boring half. Once your fills are in, VEXA rebuilds each round trip, scores how you traded it, and keeps a record you can actually argue with.
The journal writes itself
Every fill becomes a trade with the entry, exit, size, fees and net result already filled in. Daily, weekly and monthly journals are built from that, so your review starts with reading rather than typing.
A CDI score, updated daily
VEXA grades Confidence, Discipline and Intuition from how you actually traded, not just what you made. It is a patent-pending framework (US App #64/030,397) and the score moves with your activity each day.
Your rules, graded every trading day
Set the limits you want to hold yourself to, like a daily loss cap or a maximum position size, and VEXA marks each day against them so a broken rule is a fact rather than a feeling.
Playbooks that show what works
Tag your setups and VEXA tracks each one across enough trades to say something meaningful about it, instead of leaving you to judge an edge from the last three results.
Patterns you would not catch by eye
VEXA reads your history for repeated behaviour: the hour you tend to give profit back, the size you jump to after a loss, the setup you keep taking when conditions do not suit it.
A coach you can talk to
Ask about a single trade, a bad week, or your last drawdown, by chat or out loud by voice. The answers come from your own imported trades rather than generic advice.
VEXA is an educational tool for reviewing your own trading. It does not provide financial advice, and it never places orders or moves money in your broker account.

Contact usNot currently. Rithmic is supported through the Completed Orders CSV from R|Trader or R|Trader Pro, which you upload whenever you want to add new fills.
Use Order History filtered to Completed Orders, then export that view as CSV. Open or cancelled orders are not completed fills and are not the file VEXA needs.
Yes, when the account routes its orders through Rithmic. The import follows the routing platform, so it covers Rithmic-routed FCMs and prop firms rather than only one broker brand.
Yes. In either application, export the Completed Orders view from Order History as CSV and upload the unchanged file to VEXA.
Trade somewhere else too?
VEXA connects to every broker in the directory, and each one keeps its own account inside a single journal.
