Set your broker server timezone in VEXA first, whichever route you pick. MT5 servers run on their own clock and the default assumes GMT+2, so the wrong offset shifts every trade onto the wrong day and into the wrong session.

For back history, or if you would rather not connect anything, open the History tab, right-click and choose Deals, set the period to All History, then right-click again and save a report as CSV or HTML, and upload it.

Positions shows net results and Orders shows instructions, and neither carries the individual fills, so exporting either leaves VEXA nothing to rebuild and the import comes back saying no trades were found in the file.

Yes, and it behaves the way your broker does. Opposing buys and sells in the same symbol stay separate positions rather than being netted off against each other. Two positions opened in the same second on the same symbol stay two trades in VEXA, because each one carries its own MetaTrader position ID.
No. MT5 exports often are and VEXA handles the encoding. What breaks it is opening the file in Excel and saving it again, so upload the file the terminal produced.
