-
Sign in to OANDA HUB, open Reports, then Transaction History. Select the account and a date range from the account's opening date through today so the first import has complete history.
-
Choose UTC or GMT for the report timezone, click Show Transactions, then Export to csv. OANDA's default can be GMT -12, so set the timezone rather than leaving it unchanged.
-
In VEXA, choose OANDA and upload the original CSV. Make sure the VEXA account currency matches the OANDA account currency because the report's PL values are already expressed in that currency.
-
VEXA imports ORDER_FILL rows and ignores order lifecycle and cash activity. Spread is already reflected in each fill price, so it is not added again as a fee. Financing stays outside trading P&L and the import result explains that exclusion.

What VEXA does with your OANDA trades
Importing is the boring half. Once your fills are in, VEXA rebuilds each round trip, scores how you traded it, and keeps a record you can actually argue with.
The journal writes itself
Every fill becomes a trade with the entry, exit, size, fees and net result already filled in. Daily, weekly and monthly journals are built from that, so your review starts with reading rather than typing.
A CDI score, updated daily
VEXA grades Confidence, Discipline and Intuition from how you actually traded, not just what you made. It is a patent-pending framework (US App #64/030,397) and the score moves with your activity each day.
Your rules, graded every trading day
Set the limits you want to hold yourself to, like a daily loss cap or a maximum position size, and VEXA marks each day against them so a broken rule is a fact rather than a feeling.
Playbooks that show what works
Tag your setups and VEXA tracks each one across enough trades to say something meaningful about it, instead of leaving you to judge an edge from the last three results.
Patterns you would not catch by eye
VEXA reads your history for repeated behaviour: the hour you tend to give profit back, the size you jump to after a loss, the setup you keep taking when conditions do not suit it.
A coach you can talk to
Ask about a single trade, a bad week, or your last drawdown, by chat or out loud by voice. The answers come from your own imported trades rather than generic advice.
VEXA is an educational tool for reviewing your own trading. It does not provide financial advice, and it never places orders or moves money in your broker account.
OANDA questions, answered
The things people ask before connecting OANDA. If yours is not here, the help centre goes deeper, and you can always ask us directly.
No. OANDA imports use manual CSV upload and automatic sync is not available. Export a fresh Transaction History CSV whenever you want to update your journal.
Use the native Transaction History report in OANDA HUB, not Account Summary or a TradingView account export. Select UTC or GMT for the clearest audit trail. VEXA also reads explicit EDT and EST suffixes and numeric timezone offsets written into an OANDA report.
Only ORDER_FILL rows. The report also contains order creation, cancellation, stop and take-profit lifecycle rows, transfers, margin events and other cash activity. Those rows do not represent fills and are ignored.
The PL column is in your OANDA account currency, so set the same account currency in VEXA. Spread is already in the fill price and is never added as a second fee. Financing is separate account activity, and daily summaries can repeat it across instruments, so VEXA never sums or allocates it to trades or fees. The import result warns that journal trading P&L excludes it.
Some OANDA v20 TradingView Order History exports leave Avg Fill Price blank on filled market orders, so a journal cannot reconstruct those fills safely. The native OANDA Transaction History report carries the fill price and is the reliable route for those accounts.
