-
In VEXA web, choose eToro and connect with your eToro sign-in. Approve read-only access; VEXA never sees your password or places trades.
-
Sync your closed positions from the last 12 months automatically. Use Sync Now whenever you want to check for new positions; VEXA also checks daily.
-
For older history, open eToro Portfolio → History → settings → Account Statement, choose the date range and Excel, and keep the original .xlsx file unchanged.
-
In VEXA choose eToro → Manual Upload and select the statement timezone. The workbook does not say which timezone it uses, so confirm it with eToro if unsure; VEXA never guesses it.
-
Upload the file. Only the Norwegian Lukkede posisjoner (Closed Positions) sheet is read. Closed CFD positions import; positions VEXA cannot import yet are skipped and named in the upload result.
-
Each closed position becomes one trade with an entry and an exit and eToro's own USD result. Uploading the same statement again adds nothing.
-
Automatic sync is live on VEXA web. Mobile access will follow in the next app update.

What VEXA does with your eToro trades
Importing is the boring half. Once your fills are in, VEXA rebuilds each round trip, scores how you traded it, and keeps a record you can actually argue with.
The journal writes itself
Every fill becomes a trade with the entry, exit, size, fees and net result already filled in. Daily, weekly and monthly journals are built from that, so your review starts with reading rather than typing.
A CDI score, updated daily
VEXA grades Confidence, Discipline and Intuition from how you actually traded, not just what you made. It is a patent-pending framework (US App #64/030,397) and the score moves with your activity each day.
Your rules, graded every trading day
Set the limits you want to hold yourself to, like a daily loss cap or a maximum position size, and VEXA marks each day against them so a broken rule is a fact rather than a feeling.
Playbooks that show what works
Tag your setups and VEXA tracks each one across enough trades to say something meaningful about it, instead of leaving you to judge an edge from the last three results.
Patterns you would not catch by eye
VEXA reads your history for repeated behaviour: the hour you tend to give profit back, the size you jump to after a loss, the setup you keep taking when conditions do not suit it.
A coach you can talk to
Ask about a single trade, a bad week, or your last drawdown, by chat or out loud by voice. The answers come from your own imported trades rather than generic advice.
VEXA is an educational tool for reviewing your own trading. It does not provide financial advice, and it never places orders or moves money in your broker account.
eToro questions, answered

Original Account Statement .xlsx files with the Norwegian Lukkede posisjoner sheet, closed CFD positions such as GER40, Brent Oil, gold, stock and crypto CFDs. Export from Portfolio → History → settings → Account Statement → date range → Excel. Select the verified statement timezone in VEXA; the workbook does not identify it. VEXA reconstructs entry and exit records from closed positions; the statement does not provide individual fills. Positions held overnight, copied or annotated positions, non-CFD assets and unknown quote currencies are skipped and named in the upload result; other formats are rejected before import.

No. The automatic connection sends you to eToro to sign in and approve read-only access; VEXA never sees your password. For manual import, you export the statement yourself.
No. The statement import brings in closed positions only. Open positions, deposits, withdrawals, balances and dividends are not imported.
