How VEXA imports your Webull trades

  1. Open the Webull app and tap the account button at the bottom, then open the History tab. The export is requested in the mobile app, not on the website.

  2. Tap Filter, choose FILLED TIME under the time selector and set your range, set order status to All, then tap Done.

  3. Tap the download arrow at the top right, choose the export orders option and tap Submit. Webull emails the file to the address on your account rather than downloading it in the app.

  4. Download the CSV from that email and upload it to VEXA.

After the import

What VEXA does with your Webull trades

Importing is the boring half. Once your fills are in, VEXA rebuilds each round trip, scores how you traded it, and keeps a record you can actually argue with.

The journal writes itself

Every fill becomes a trade with the entry, exit, size, fees and net result already filled in. Daily, weekly and monthly journals are built from that, so your review starts with reading rather than typing.

A CDI score, updated daily

VEXA grades Confidence, Discipline and Intuition from how you actually traded, not just what you made. It is a patent-pending framework (US App #64/030,397) and the score moves with your activity each day.

Your rules, graded every trading day

Set the limits you want to hold yourself to, like a daily loss cap or a maximum position size, and VEXA marks each day against them so a broken rule is a fact rather than a feeling.

Playbooks that show what works

Tag your setups and VEXA tracks each one across enough trades to say something meaningful about it, instead of leaving you to judge an edge from the last three results.

Patterns you would not catch by eye

VEXA reads your history for repeated behaviour: the hour you tend to give profit back, the size you jump to after a loss, the setup you keep taking when conditions do not suit it.

A coach you can talk to

Ask about a single trade, a bad week, or your last drawdown, by chat or out loud by voice. The answers come from your own imported trades rather than generic advice.

VEXA is an educational tool for reviewing your own trading. It does not provide financial advice, and it never places orders or moves money in your broker account.

Contact us

That is how it works, and it is the step that stops nearly everyone. Webull emails the file to the address on your Webull account instead of downloading it in the app, and the app gives no strong hint that it has happened. It can take a few minutes to arrive.

Filled time. The filter defaults to when the order was placed, and on a swing account those two are days apart, which silently truncates your export.

No, set order status to All. Filtering to filled orders sounds right and can exclude partially filled orders that VEXA needs in order to rebuild the position.

Not yet. It shows a Coming soon banner, so file import is the route today. Times in the export are Eastern.

Trade somewhere else too?

VEXA connects to every broker in the directory, and each one keeps its own account inside a single journal.
