Choose Robinhood in VEXA and select Connect with Robinhood. SnapTrade, VEXA's connection partner, opens Robinhood's own sign-in page, so VEXA never sees your password. Automatic sync is a Pro feature.

Sign in, complete Robinhood's verification, approve the read-only connection and choose the accounts to link. The first sync starts on its own and VEXA then syncs every day.

To import a file instead, open robinhood.com in a desktop browser, go to Reports & Statements, open Activity Reports, choose Stocks & ETFs or Options, set a date range of up to a year, and generate the report.

Wait for Robinhood's email, download the file when it arrives and upload it. If you trade both stocks and options, request both reports, because they are separate files.

Yes, for Pro accounts. Robinhood offers no public API to third parties, so VEXA connects through SnapTrade, which signs in with your own Robinhood login, read-only, and VEXA syncs your fills every day. The activity report import works on every account.
Robinhood generates it on its own schedule and emails you when it is ready, usually within a day. There is no way to speed it up and no way to check progress, so request it before you need it.
Through automatic sync, yes: the crypto Robinhood reports through the connection is imported with your other trades. Activity report files carry stocks, ETFs and options only, and their crypto rows are ignored rather than rejected.
One year per report. For longer history, request consecutive years and upload them all. Overlap between files is discarded, so nothing is counted twice.
Eastern, and VEXA reads them as Eastern, so your trades land on the days they actually happened.
