Export your trade history. From thinkorswim desktop, open the Monitor tab, then Account Statement, filter to trades rather than deposits and withdrawals, set the date range and export to CSV.

Or export from schwab.com instead: Accounts, then History & Statements, then History. Select the brokerage account, set the type filter to trades, apply, and export to CSV.

Upload the file to VEXA. It recognises all three Schwab export layouts and works out which one you gave it, so there is nothing to configure.

VEXA rebuilds each position from the individual fills and adds the finished trade to your journal. Re-uploading an overlapping range never creates duplicates, so you can upload the same month twice without harm.

Contact usNot yet. The connection is built but not switched on, so the broker screen shows a Coming soon banner and file import is the route today. When it does arrive it will only reach 60 days, and its refresh token lasts a week. Those are Schwab's limits rather than VEXA's, which is why older history will always come from a file.
No. Use your migrated Schwab credentials and export from Schwab or thinkorswim. The old TD Ameritrade export layout is not a supported format.
For VEXA they are interchangeable, so use whichever you find faster. There is one exception. If an old options trade looks wrong after import, re-export that period from thinkorswim rather than schwab.com, because option symbols on very old schwab.com exports do not always map correctly.
Symbol, Date/Time, Side, Quantity, Price and Net Amount. They are all in the standard export, but thinkorswim lets you hide columns, so right-click the header row and add back any that are missing before you export. Exporting only the cash activity section gives you a file with no trades in it at all.
Schwab keeps roughly two years online and you can export all of it, so one wide date range usually covers everything.
