In Bybit, open API Management, choose Create New Key and pick the API transaction type. Set the permissions to read only.

Copy the key and secret immediately, because the secret is shown once, then paste both into VEXA and save.

VEXA pulls every hour from then on, reaching 180 days.

For older history, export from Orders, then Unified Trading Order, choosing the Spot or Futures tab and Trade History (not Order History). Each product exports separately in six-month windows within the last two years, so download each one you trade and upload them all.

For supported ETH option fills, you can instead export Assets → Unified Trading Account → History Records → Transaction Log. VEXA currently imports only TRADE rows for USDT-settled ETH options from this report.

What VEXA does with your Bybit trades
Importing is the boring half. Once your fills are in, VEXA rebuilds each round trip, scores how you traded it, and keeps a record you can actually argue with.

Every fill becomes a trade with the entry, exit, size, fees and net result already filled in. Daily, weekly and monthly journals are built from that, so your review starts with reading rather than typing.

VEXA grades Confidence, Discipline and Intuition from how you actually traded, not just what you made. It is a patent-pending framework (US App #64/030,397) and the score moves with your activity each day.
Your rules, graded every trading day
Set the limits you want to hold yourself to, like a daily loss cap or a maximum position size, and VEXA marks each day against them so a broken rule is a fact rather than a feeling.

Account read and orders read are required, and positions read is useful. Do not enable trading or withdrawal on a key you give to a journal.
You may have exported the wrong Trade History product, or a Transaction Log with unsupported rows. Export each Trade History product you use. From Transaction Log, VEXA currently imports only TRADE rows for USDT-settled ETH options and warns when it skips other products or settlement, funding, and delivery rows.
Yes, fees are read from the file, so your profit figures are net. In the supported Transaction Log route, a negative Fee Paid value is imported as a positive commission expense.
VEXA interprets Bybit timestamps as UTC. Bybit's retail export guide does not state the Unified Trading Account Transaction Log timezone, so this is VEXA's interpretation of that file's Time column. Set a display timezone if needed.
