How VEXA imports your Vision Clearing trades

  1. Vision Clearing reports run on PropReports, the back office most prop firms use. In VEXA, open the PropReports page and pick Vision Clearing from the firm dropdown. VEXA fills in the right address for you.

  2. Enter the PropReports username and password you use at your firm's reports site. The password is encrypted before it is stored and nobody at VEXA can read it. This is the only connection in VEXA that works this way, because PropReports offers no key-based access.

  3. Choose Connect to PropReports and wait five to fifteen seconds for verification. There is no schedule on PropReports accounts, so you press sync on the account row whenever you want fresh data.

  4. If you would rather upload a file, export the Detailed report from your PropReports Reports tab, save the Excel download as CSV, and upload that. Take Detailed and not Summary, because a summary report has no fills in it.

After the import

What VEXA does with your Vision Clearing trades

Importing is the boring half. Once your fills are in, VEXA rebuilds each round trip, scores how you traded it, and keeps a record you can actually argue with.

The journal writes itself

Every fill becomes a trade with the entry, exit, size, fees and net result already filled in. Daily, weekly and monthly journals are built from that, so your review starts with reading rather than typing.

A CDI score, updated daily

VEXA grades Confidence, Discipline and Intuition from how you actually traded, not just what you made. It is a patent-pending framework (US App #64/030,397) and the score moves with your activity each day.

Your rules, graded every trading day

Set the limits you want to hold yourself to, like a daily loss cap or a maximum position size, and VEXA marks each day against them so a broken rule is a fact rather than a feeling.

Playbooks that show what works

Tag your setups and VEXA tracks each one across enough trades to say something meaningful about it, instead of leaving you to judge an edge from the last three results.

Patterns you would not catch by eye

VEXA reads your history for repeated behaviour: the hour you tend to give profit back, the size you jump to after a loss, the setup you keep taking when conditions do not suit it.

A coach you can talk to

Ask about a single trade, a bad week, or your last drawdown, by chat or out loud by voice. The answers come from your own imported trades rather than generic advice.

VEXA is an educational tool for reviewing your own trading. It does not provide financial advice, and it never places orders or moves money in your broker account.

Contact us

Through PropReports, which is where your Vision Clearing reports live. If your reports are at an address ending in propreports.com, that is your route in, and Vision Clearing is already in VEXA's firm dropdown so you never have to type the address yourself.

Because PropReports offers no key-based access, so there is no key to give. It is the only connection in VEXA that works this way. Your password is encrypted before it is stored and nobody at VEXA can read it. If you change it at your firm the sync stops until you update it in VEXA.

Whenever you ask it to. PropReports accounts run on no timer, so you press sync on the account row and VEXA pulls what is new.

They should match rather than approximate. PropReports rounds the price column to two decimals in its export while its own web interface shows four, and rebuilding profit from rounded prices drifts by fractions of a cent per fill, which adds up fast across a scalping day. So when every fill in the file carries a net cash amount, VEXA uses that instead of recalculating from price. ECN rebates work the same way: a negative fee reduces your cost rather than being added as though it were a charge.

That is expected and VEXA reads it correctly, so do not tidy it up before uploading. The one genuinely manual step is the file format: PropReports has no direct CSV export, so you export to Excel and save it as CSV yourself.

Other firms on the same connection

Vision Clearing is one of 16 firms VEXA reaches through PropReports. If you trade at more than one, each connects the same way and keeps its own account in your journal.

Trade somewhere else too?

VEXA connects to every broker in the directory, and each one keeps its own account inside a single journal.
