-
In Trading 212, open Settings and find the API section. If the option is not there yet, request access first. It is free.
-
Choose Generate API Key and copy it straight away, because it is shown once. If you lose it, generate a new one.
-
Paste the key into VEXA on the Trading 212 page and save. VEXA then pulls every six hours on its own.
-
For older history, download an Activity Report from History, up to five years, and upload the CSV. Anything the sync already holds is discarded, so it is safe to do this after the sync is running.

What VEXA does with your Trading 212 trades
Importing is the boring half. Once your fills are in, VEXA rebuilds each round trip, scores how you traded it, and keeps a record you can actually argue with.
The journal writes itself
Every fill becomes a trade with the entry, exit, size, fees and net result already filled in. Daily, weekly and monthly journals are built from that, so your review starts with reading rather than typing.
A CDI score, updated daily
VEXA grades Confidence, Discipline and Intuition from how you actually traded, not just what you made. It is a patent-pending framework (US App #64/030,397) and the score moves with your activity each day.
Your rules, graded every trading day
Set the limits you want to hold yourself to, like a daily loss cap or a maximum position size, and VEXA marks each day against them so a broken rule is a fact rather than a feeling.
Playbooks that show what works
Tag your setups and VEXA tracks each one across enough trades to say something meaningful about it, instead of leaving you to judge an edge from the last three results.
Patterns you would not catch by eye
VEXA reads your history for repeated behaviour: the hour you tend to give profit back, the size you jump to after a loss, the setup you keep taking when conditions do not suit it.
A coach you can talk to
Ask about a single trade, a bad week, or your last drawdown, by chat or out loud by voice. The answers come from your own imported trades rather than generic advice.
VEXA is an educational tool for reviewing your own trading. It does not provide financial advice, and it never places orders or moves money in your broker account.
Trading 212 questions, answered

No. The key is a read credential. VEXA reads your executions and nothing else, and it never places orders.
Invest and ISA accounts.
Deposits, withdrawals and interest are filtered out, so only trades are imported. A file with more rows in it than the trades VEXA reports is expected rather than a sign something went wrong.
No. The Trading 212 API is in beta and limited to 60 requests a minute and 1,000 a day, and VEXA stays well inside that.
Trade somewhere else too?
VEXA connects to every broker in the directory, and each one keeps its own account inside a single journal.
